Reception is situated at 48 Freshwater Street, Scarness.

Open 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday & 9.00am – 3.00pm Saturday & Sunday, unless by arrangement with management.

Check In: 2.00pm Check Out: 10.00am

After Hours Key Collection: Secure Lock Box Key Collection available upon request.

After Hours Key Drop Off: Situated in Basement & Reception Entrance.

2 Security cards provided per apartment. Security card access to front entries after hours and grounds.

terms of accommodation

deposits

To secure a reservation we require a deposit of one night’s accommodation. Christmas, Easter and high season bookings require a 20% deposit or one night’s accommodation, whichever is greater. Balance of accommodation cost is payable 30 days before arrival.

Corporate Business bookings can be secured by either a purchase order or charge-back reference unless otherwise agreed to by management.

high floor guarantee

High floors can only be guaranteed subject to availability and with a $20.00 per night charge unless otherwise agreed to by management.

early departure

Where guests choose to depart early after check-in, no refund will be guaranteed. Management has the right to refuse refund in certain circumstances where re-letting cannot be achieved.

cancellation policy

A refund of the deposit less a $75.00 administration fee will only be made if more than 28 days notice of cancellation is given in peak and high Season and 14 days notice in low season.   If less than 14 days notice of cancellation is given the first nights accommodation will be charged. Cancellation of corporate bookings are upon acceptance of management.

Christmas, Easter and school holiday reservations

A minimum 3 night stay is required during peak period bookings. There are no 1 Bedroom bookings available during this period.  A deposit of 20% or one night’s accommodation, whichever is greater, is required at time of booking.  Twenty-eight (28) days cancellation notice is required.

high season

Whale Season is considered high season and require a deposit of 20% or one night’s accommodation, whichever is greater, to secure bookings.  Twenty-eight (28) days cancellation notice is required.  Please contact us to check rates.

low season

Bookings made outside of Christmas, Easter, School Holidays and Whale Season are considered low season and require a deposit of 20% or one night’s accommodation, whichever is greater.  There is a 14 day cancellation policy on these bookings unless otherwise agreed.
